Morieri.it applies the D.lgs (Legislative Decree) of 22/05/1999 n.185 "Attuazione della direttiva 97/7/CE relativa alla protezione dei consumatori in materia di contratti a distanza".(“Realisation of the directive 97/7/CE concerning the consumer protection on the matter of the distance contracts”).

Saisfied or refunded

According to the paragraph 5 of the D.lgs. (Legislative Decree) of  22/05/1999, n. 185 you can exercise the withdrawal right; if you are not satisfied of the goods, we’ll refund you the cost of the purchase of the items, shipment costs excluded.
To exercise the withdrawal right you must send us a communication by a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 10 working days and no longer since you received the goods, to the following address:

You can anticipate the communication by fax to the number 0444 866602, as long as confirmed by a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

Refund

Morieri reserves to verify the state of the goods that must be returned in the original package and perfectly entire; only if the items are sent under the same conditions of the original we’ll provide to the refund that we’ll be in the shortest time and, at any case, within 30 days, referring to the Legislative Decree Dlgs del 22/05/1999 n.185, since the receiving of the withdrawal communication.
